Is GHB legal?

Depends - where are you? In the U.S., possession of GHB is now a serious federal crime, as well as being illegal in many states. For more information, see the new bare-bones GHB FAQ. It is illegal in some other countries, but I do not consider my international information sufficiently reliable to discuss this.
