Synonyms: Voacanga papuana

Habit: Variable shrub to small tree.

Foliage: Leaves and stems exude white latex when broken.

Notes: Voacanga grandiflora is probably the most wide spread and variable Asian species of Voacanga. It has more recently been reported from the W coast of Cape York in Nth Qld, but is relatively common and widespread in Papua New Guinea and many surrounding areas of SE Asia, Melanesia to India.
