CARROT CAKE

3 Cups grated carrot
Ingredients:
2 Cups sugar1/2 Cup nuts
2 Cups flour3 teaspoons soda
1/2 teaspoon of allspice1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 Cups oil4 eggs
1/2 Cup pot
Directions:
Combine ingredients and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes
