This was forwarded to my email. I can't believe that people waste this on children, it just shows how crazy the world has become and how some rich drug dealers don't care anything about money. I apologize for posting this to newsgroups where it may not be strictly on topic, but this is very important and should be of interest to everyone!

TRIPPERS: If you have children or know anyone who does:
Regardless of their ages you should read this!
Over the last few months, a form of fake tattoo, containing
LSD, called BLUE STAR is being *given* to school children.
Less often the tattoo is of a Disney character.

They are small postage-stamp sized pieces of paper containing
picture of a BLUE STAR (or a Disney character, usually Mickey
Mouse in his 'wizard' outfit).  The papers are SOAKED in LSD,
in order to introduce children to this wonderful drug.

The moisture and oils on your hands will react quickly with
the paper: SIMPLY HANDLING IT is likely to cause the LSD to
be transferred through the skin to the blood, via the sweat
glands, because a great new salt of LSD has been formulated
which makes the drug more soluble.

Some of the tattoos show a white dove on a blue background:
these contain guaranteed pure Ecstacy (methylamphetamine) -
if the background isn't blue, watch out, you're only buying
ordinary speed.

It's been said that some contain tiny amounts of STRYCHNINE,
which is used to add 'width' to the LSD trip.

THERE HAVE BEEN SEVERAL DEATHS FROM OVERDOSES, BUT NOT FROM
THESE DRUGS. LSD is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS to those who aren't
cool enough to handle hallucinations.

These usually come wrapped in foil.  You are advised to buy
as many as you can if you find anyone suspicious selling or
giving away fake tattoos to children, especially those with
a blue star design or wrapped in foil.  Whatever else comes
up, act natural if the police are around.

Symptoms to watch for include:  hallucinations (seeing words
that aren't there), mood swings (anger<->hysteria), maniacal
laughter (while reading or looking at screens).  Up to a day
can pass from contact with this stuff to a person's earliest
reaction. If you suspect that your child is a user of one of
these blue star tattoos, you must get him or her immediately
to tell you where they got it.
